Where are you located?
The administrative offices and local branch are located in Bridgeport, CT. The administrative offices are located downtown on Broad Street, and the local branch is on East Main Street in the residential Beardsley section. Both locations are easy to get to from I-95, Merritt Parkway, Rt. 8, and Rt. 25 in Connecticut.
Where are TCB ATMs?
TCB is a member of several ATM networks, which allow you to use most ATMs throughout the world. Among these networks is Allpoint. Allpoint allows you to have unlimited access to over 43,000 surcharge-free ATMs worldwide. Click here to locate an Allpoint ATM. TCB is also a member of the NYCE, Plus, and ACCEL/Exchange networks.
How do I dispute a questionable charge on my account?
Send us a Secure Email, call, or visit the local branch. Give us the account number and the transaction(s) in question, and some detail, and TCB will investigate the charges.
What if I lose my ATM, debit, or credit card?
Notify the bank at once. Send us a Secure Email, call, or visit the local branch. TCB can disable your card until you find it or cancel it. The earlier we are notified, the quicker we can disable your card to prevent fraudulent charges.
What CAN I do online?
You can learn about personal and business checking and savings accounts online. You can open and fund personal accounts online. And you can manage your personal or business expenses online with Online Banking. There are a number of other products and services you can access online through secure application or inquiry forms, or by contacting us directly.
What CAN’T I do online?
You cannot do face to face banking business that requires signatures and consultation. Examples include finalizing loans, opening business accounts, and using the bank's safety deposit boxes. If you have problems making it to our local branch or administrative offices, contact a bank official, who can propose a solution.
How do I know Online Banking is safe?
TCB uses an SSL protocol in hosting Online Banking. This allows applications, through the use of encryption, to communicate across the web free from eavesdropping or tampering. Hackers cannot access your accounts or steal your information. Contact TCB Online Banking customer service for more assurance.
What if I cannot sign on to Online Banking?
Make sure you are case sensitive with your username and password. Try to remember the specific answers you provided if presented with authentication questions. Contact Online Banking customer service if you continue to have a problem, and we'll fix it.
Why CAN’T I open Business Accounts online?
The identity of a business, because of its dynamic structure, is not as easily verified as the identity of a person. TCB requires that businesses open accounts face to face, so that the accounts are set up in a secure and precise fashion. The initial process of opening a business account can be expedited online by submitting an application.
